Now there is nothing that can stop me from getting this beauty. Another question if you don't mind. How much is the user available memory for the 16GB? My GN7 has 13.43GB. Thanks in advance.

I have upgraded to Kitkat 4.4.2 B010 on 3G version. Very smooth fast and love this ...... but can't install Google+. It's due to 400 dpi as xdevelopers say ... Just buy it I bet you won't get even a single regret ... :)

Just some TV apps didn't slide it away and there it disturbed a bit. I also like Dolphin browser's full screen setting and there it is nice to have the full 7 inches in use.. I had Sony Xperia Ultra and for some reason the navigation bar irritated me there :)

It doesn't bother me.
The European version is 7D-501L, it must be rooted in order to get the hideable nav bar. Chinese versions (7D-501u) have that functionality activated.

However the European version, that I have, didn't have the possibility to hide the nav bar. I rooted my unit with KingoRoot and used a root browser to modify a system folder according to instructions I found at XDA developer forum. I just added two command rows and boom, now I have the possibility to hide the navigation bar.
I must say that the functionality is very handy, when you need the full screen, e.g when browsing, you just click the bar away.
Can totally recommend X1. Same screen quality as in Nexus 7, but much more compact thanks to narrow bezels. Much better camera and phone function, etc..

But I have a question in which I hope you can answer. You see I have been using the Google Nexus 7 for nearly two years now. I particularly like the on screen keys. I heard that X1 has the option to hide those keys. But some X1 models doesn't have it. Your answer is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since you have the unit, you should agree.
Sorry, don't know why my posts come doubled..

Yes, I was looking only the first model and the other ones had correct information on the screen resolution. But there were other mistakes on the site, e. g. "led flash not supported" although the X1 has a led flash.
Anyway, no reason to get agitated, we are just talking about electronic devices here. I own the X1 and am very satisfied with it.

That was rude to give a Chinese link which only you can read and understand.
AnonD-239830, 25 Aug 2014Take it easy.. It was 800 x 1280 so I was wrong by a hundred. I'm not blind and have glasses :) You are only looking on the first model.
Please check the display resolution of the other three models will you?
Here it is without the first model:

Ok?

That was impolite to give a link which not all people can understand.
This is the English link:

No FM radio whatsoever was mentioned.

Please check this Huawei Mediapad X1 official link in English:
http://consumer.huawei.com/en/tablets/tech-specs/7d-501l-en.htm
It says display is 7-inch, 1200 × 1920 LTPS full-view-angle screen
323PPI (pixels per inch)

Where did you get that 700x1280?
There are four types of Mediapad X1 and none... moreYour rudeness is absolutely uncalled for.
Pate was right. The first model on that page is said to have 1280x800 and I doubt that's right.
Even if that part of specs was actually correct... still, that whole page isn't very accurate or trustworthy. It also states that built-in flash is not supported while everybody knows the device does have led flash.
Plus.. you look here:
http://consumer.huawei.com/cn/tablets/tech-specs/honour-x1-cn.htm
The official Chinese page of this device states that FM radio "zhichi". Zhichi means supported or to be supported.
So unless you actually own a device and/or are a hundred percent personally sure of what you're saying, then I don't think you should really give any certain answers stating them as facts.. let alone be rude to other people on here who've done nothing but help out and share their opinions.
