rip, 15 Aug 2014how to insert sim or sd card? do i need to use some special tool for it? why it not included?There is a pin to eject the sim card and SD card trays that is included in the package.
You can also use the pin for iPhone.

You can set the volume for the ringtone, media, alarms, and notifications.
1. On the home screen, touch Settings > Sound > Volume.
2. Drag the sliders left or right to adjust the volume.
You can also use the volume keys to adjust the volume of running applications.

You will find various sound adjustment modes. I.e. Music, Alarm Ring volume and Voice call. Adjust the voice call sound level to a higher volume, or any other sound aspect of the sound mode that you may wish to adjust.
