MediaPad X1 7.0 is so nice looking. Beautiful design with well chosen features and, for once, an excellent battery. Other manufacturers should learn from this example.
Huawei, please release this device soon.

Managed to secure one direct from Huawei (vmall) in today's limited sale event - 1008 on a Thursday morning for some reason. They stopped taking orders after 2 minutes so either it was a small allocation or lots of people tried to get one. Will be interesting to see how it compares to my rMini. And at 1,799RMB (210 Euros), it's a steal compared to the overseas price rumors of almost double that. For anyone else in China, there's a further event in a few days - check vmall.com

I love the appearance and the specifications of this device. It has everything that I want for a small tablet. I just wish Huawei would hurry up and release it. It's April already and it was due out last month.
