Tcool, 14 May 2015That also happens to my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. So it is not specifically on this unit only.Just copy his question and google it..a lot of informations for 491 error and other errors is there especially we can trust the famous site XDA..

So it is a trial and error situation. Not sure, 50% will work and 50% will not. What if is another error? So the time spent removing and adding the account is wasted!
Don't experiment at the sake of others.
Give a 100% solution or not at all.

Follow these easy steps to fix error code 491 on your android smartphone.
From your apps folder open the accounts tab.
Tap the accounts and click the Google account.
Delete the account.
Reboot the your device.
As soon as your phone is done rebooting head back to where you deleted the Google account and re-add it. I just copy and paste it here from a source. .. Just try it.. .
