Never had any issues with the battery. Still pretty good. of course I bought a case to protect the phone. I dropped like 10 times from my bed to the floor while sleeping. so far i think its the best quality phone ever. My Sony phone got battery problem before this Huawei phone i purchased.

The phone battery will swell up after 1 year of use and burst open the back cover. Huawei blames this on customer use and charges SGD 12 for new battery and also $40 labour charges to replace the battery.

My father got offered this phone by a telco when by he's buying a Samsung Note 10+. Because of that, he rarely use the Nova. But for some unknown reason, the battery became bloated. That's part of the quality issue I guess since other phones from other brands use by my family just work fine.

Hi, my nova3i won't able to update any apps from google playstore, anyone know how to fix it?

I've been using Nova 3i for 1 year and 6 months now. So far so good. But the only problem I have is that the screen would have a burnout or smth. If I view something for a long time and go to another app, the previous things my phone displayed would always be stuck to the background but still would eventually get lost.

I got this phone offered via telco company. Iinitially i was using iphone, and love the features that i never found in android phone before, by android i mean samsung the latest model then. So when my iphone finally died. I wasnt expecting much, but even then a few years back the features was able to Catch up to Almost all the features that i love in apple. Another surprising thing is. My daughter kept dropping the phone, sometime i think intentionally. But till now no crack, even without the cover. The protective cover ofcourse always crack.Is there a specific feature about the screen that i didnt know of. Oh and the battery hours fantastic. Havent bloated yet .
