Like for example, Type-C is the future and it's time to move on from micro-USB. For me, that little thing could influence my decision.

Hardcode so that... moreIf by "google apps" you mean is "google play" or "google music" for instance, then you're wrong. I don't know if you buy directly from China with "China ROM" though but outside of China, all google apps are pre-installed... by Huawei.. not by reseller.

Be aware to buy this phone.
It is sold in China for China market. Huawei. Hardcode so that it is not possible to use any Google apps and also many other western apps. It is also not possible to root this phone with other operating systems. If you will use this mobile outside of China it it utterly horrible and useless phone. Don't buy.

I owned Huawei Y9 (2019) because that was the best midrange phone back in October 2018 but as of today (April 2019) I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note7 because it wins in all aspects. So if you're looking a midrange king phone today.. I highly recommend Redmi Note7 (4gb ram & 64gb rom) for the price of 200 dollar. Also don't forget it's camera the 48mp the best for it's class and I tested it. You will never regret.

Yes, because Huawei doesn't want to use different midrange Chipset from Qualcomm so they continue making phones with same Chipset. They should at least make 2 or 3 different Chipset to power their many models they do. Or they have to use snapdragon 660, 670, 675, 710 etc sometimes. Their next Chipset will be coming in around September October but my biggest hope is they make 4k video capable in their next Chipset and also use more powerful GPU like Mali G 72 mp3 or G-71 mp8 or what ever.
