I just bought this phone 2 days ago, my concern is that I cant use viber app. I have it already installed in my nova 7 but everytime I open it, it crashes... please help if somenone know what should I do. Thanks

im using this phone just for a couple months. aurora app store not responding to install when downloaded completed. each app u need to tap install and allow. its not auto install after completed download.. do huawei company will improve this matter?

Got the phone for almost 10 days now. Good selfie cam,, good battery life, goo signal reception, fast 4g connectivity, im yet to discover its gaming capabilities. no google services, no problem. Night Mode camera is insane!

kiel, 09 Sep 2020thanks bro! im aiming for the 5G spec that's why im choosing this over 5TAlternative choice for cheaper 5G phone is the Huawei Nova 7SE. If you are more concerned about 5G only you check its spec.

Choco, 16 Sep 2020hi after downloading in petal search and installing can I delete the downloaded item in the files? In files> apps and> from installation packages you can delete the apps. Don't delete from other side. I think with new update petal search added auto delete installation package that will delete it in 10 days or so. But you should manually enable that feature in petal search app.

Mariia, 17 Sep 2020I bought this phone just few days ago and very disappointed about video camera. It's very... moreFor video i don't know maybe check in camera settings that's in 4k or something. For whatsapp audio it maybe because your touching sensor like in upper part there is a proximity sensor that whatsapp uses so when you touch it it actually change it to the phone calling speaker so you can hear when you keep the phone on ear its the sensor getting activated thats why i guess.

I bought this phone just few days ago and very disappointed about video camera. It's very bad quality, all the time it's not to much clear video and like not stable while moving , if compear with my old Samsung Galaxy S8. And if I'm listening audio massage in WhatsApp, all the time stopped massage, I don't know what to do. Any saggestion about it?
