Some features are not open, like youtube vanced succes factor, i think other google registered mobile is better then nova 7

Urgent attention Plssss, i bought HW Nova 7 03 months ago, not much aware about the goggle play store kenot access/download, only 03 party apps ! recently i did encounter problem with the set, 1st can download my Astro Go app and watch the movie, but now need to installed Chrome Browser to enabled in my device to proceed !!!! so regret buying the set , wounder any solution Huawei ( Kuching branch) can somehow any option/solution to solve your customer problem/issue ....awaiting your reply
