what about screen issues, mine was replaced, now i experience touch issue ,can touch screen after being a unattended for 1 to 2 minutes, need to close and open it with power button to work, anybody experienced this

I've had this phone since it was released, and it was great—until my classmate dropped it from about six feet high. They had placed it on top of our classroom doorframe because they put it in a different socket while I was charging it. When they tried to retrieve it, they just pulled the charger and attempted to catch my phone as if it were a toy.
They even laughed—they have no respect. I was angry, but I couldn't bring myself to confront them. They completely ruined my LCD and replaced it with a cheap one from a digital shop. I really love this phone, but because of their negligence—and my fear of calling them out—I think it's time to let it go. I've already had to replace the LCD three times.
So, guys, be respectful and take responsibility for your actions because you never know if someone might not be financially capable of buying a new one..

It's been 5 years and this device is still usable for me, smooth software and has a proximity sensor for calls Yaaaay!!

Jo, 28 May 2024Use almost 4 years now.. No problem at all still perfom like new.. I dont care about google Screen pop up caused by bloated battery after 3 years. Turned away by Huawei service centre because Nova 7i is "End of Life". There is apparently a lack of support from 3rd party replacement parts. Sent to mobile phone repair shop and was told phone restarted itself with every connection of a new battery.
