The best smartphone I have ever had. Its almost 3 years old now and still works perfectly. Although the battery life is not as good as it used to be, now have to charge 2 times a day. Will carry on using it for another year, I dont even want to get a new phone as I got hooked to this one and just dont want to lose it
Apple has been fined for slowing down older models. Looks like Huawei speeds up battery drain on older models.
The battery life for a new phone is terrible on the latest software compared to the older. Unfortunately Huawei force the software on you as well.
Does this phone have official Google Play Store and Google Play Services support? Which phones do not have it in the US?

Hi guys, I'm using a P10 Plus...is it advisable to update to android pie or should I just keep it on android oreo?
Okay, been using this phone for a couple of weeks, and I am extremely impressed.
Screen - really good in my opinion. Colours can look excellent and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Sometimes in direct sunlight is not the best, but definitely a solid screen.
Performance - really solid here. Haven't had any hiccups or performance drops at all in general UI scrolling. On some games can stutter for a second, but really a rarity. Good overall for sure
The UFS storage here also makes a massive difference and I love it
Battery - surprisingly solid. Gets me through a full day of moderate use absolutely no sweat. And the bundled fast charger is, well, really fast.
Camera - again, really solid. I'm not a massive phone photographer, but can definitely say I've been impressed. Coming from that Google Pixel, I was ready to be let down by picture quality heavily... But was pleasantly surprised. It isn't Pixel quality, but is still extremely impressive.
Side bonus: absolutely love EMUI and its features. Really big thumbs up there from me.
Overall, if I think about this way: if you could choose one of these or a current Redmi device (they sell for the same money where I am), I would take this every time.
Nothing about this device is necessarily going to blow you away. But nothing here will let you down either - and that's what I like in a device. And hey, isn't it just great to have a device that fits in your pocket and single hand again! :D
Still have this super awesome, and super compact device! Two years and counting without issues encountered. Hoping to have the emui10 update though, 'cause P10 rocks!
One day in, and really enjoying it so far. Screen is good, battery is good enough considering it's an old flagship. But performance is top notch, and I like the look of the cameras straight away.
Coming from a Pixel, the camera was always going to be a step down, but I can safely say the screen, battery, and performance is way way better. Very happy
Had a P9, was very happy with the phone but managed to crack the screen after a year. Thought I might as well upgrade to an P10 while as it felt like a waste buying a and P9 again when the P10 was out. Very disappointed and not satisfied with the P10 at all. Huge downgrade from a P9
