AnonD-657066, 16 Apr 2017What carrier is offering the P10 plus? Its comes from the Carphone Warehouse and the device is unlocked.
But it is not as durable as the people expecting a high quality aluminium and gorilla glass 5.
i dropped once and suffers several scuff and one tiny piece of the glass chipped off from the corner.
I was lucky enough to not break or shattered.
all of these because you cannot get a proper case the time when the device launched.
there is a clear plastic case out of box but it is not for me... i wish i had it yesterday... :)

Dush, 12 Apr 2017I'm really interested to know the mindset of people have who buys this one. Here in Singapore ... moreOnly if you insane enougn to pay S$1200 for a chinese phone. The quite premium Mate 9 could be a better option. Same chipset and all and much cheaper. Below S$900.

Albert Pelant, 27 Mar 2017Which is better Google pixel xl or the Huawei p10 plus? I chose between Pixel and P10 + and stopped at the second because of the monochrome and EMUI mode
I'm really interested to know the mindset of people have who buys this one. Here in Singapore 64GB version is priced 1200SGD and iPhone 7 Plus is 1400SGD, Samsung S8 Plus 1300...
I believe that Huawei is good and everything but 1k+ dollars for a Chinese phone is insane in my opinion.
So a couple days with the P10 Plus and I have some useful tip
Be careful what type of earphones/headphones you use, because I used a 3rd party earphones and the jack plug has a metal rim which rub off the paint around the input.
The software has a fault too, because I have two different device(due to dead pixel on the first) the sound sometimes not playing enough bass and sound terrible. ( The first did this when a notification arrived, the second do when has an alarm... ringtone, music, youtube sounds brilliant ).
I hope they will push out an update soon for this.
the glass is fingerprint magnet and hard to remove because no any coating on it. screen protector must! and not just fingerprint everything can make mess on your glass.
The glass of the camera lens is curved and the sunshine can ruin your photo, but sometimes can make it better too. ( same effect can be seen on the Google Pixel phones.)
The battery is a biggest disappointment for me, the last 4 years I used AMOLED screens with huge batteries (RAZR Maxx, DROID Maxx, Moto Maxx so maybe this is the reason and that was a reason I wanted the Mate 9 Pro but unfortunately not available any of the UK carriers. ) even the Moto maxx lasted easy two days with medium usage and this under 40% after one day of medium usage. 59% today with all day battery saver on.
The app twin app is just for social media, I would use for paypal :(
The good thing is huge storage/RAM, lightning fast, good customization in EMUI, nice display, knuckle gestures fun for me.Fingerprint gestures works fine, I use this because I do not like the on-screen buttons.
I like to change my phones if its not fit for my requirements, and I am not sure with this P10 Plus yet. I definitely would not buy Pay and Go for £699 or £649.
Shadocx, 07 Apr 2017How much is the P10 Plus? The S7 Edge is normally cheaper, since it's 1 year olderIn the UK there is a deal for the P10 Plus and you can order for 649 GBP, but it was listed for 699 GBP. My carrier listed for 689 GBP.
