S10&Note10 already got February... moreNew Samsung S20 4G cost 950EUR and ultra version around 1400EUR and for that money Samsung will offer 2 years of updates and after that nothing. From my point view if I want to spend that amount of money I rather go iPhone even though their camera hardware is far behind Samsung and Huawei but they provide software updates for 5+ years. So in long term iPhone looks better for that price. I never imagined I will say that because iPhone for me was always too expensive for what it offered.

Samul, 06 Feb 2020Should I get mate 10 pro or p30. Mate 10 pro is getting android 10 too. Don't get the Mate 10 Pro as it wont receive security updates anymore. I own a Mate 10 Pro.

Nova 5T is highend midranger with the same processor as p30 and p30 pro, it is fast, but it doesnt have OLED screen and no IP rating, overall if it's about the same price go for P30, if 5T is cheaper, they are both great smartphones, you cant go wrong, but camera pictures and video will be a bit better on the P30

I have this phone its my first huawei device and let me give you my honest experience with this device, first of all the camera is not so good which everyone talks about iphone 8 plus has a beast camera compared to this, the battery is good last about a day and a half with moderate to low usage, its fast and easy to use on the latest emui 10 so everything is good except the camera trust me buy it and you will see it on your own. I would give this phone a 3/5 stars its like a normal phone for day to day use nothing special.

I think this is a terrible phone. Overly aggressive power management which causes issues casting music and YouTube. Battery management warnings you can't turn off. I KNOW YouTube Music is running in the background Huawei. I don't need your notifications telling me so.
A fingerprint sensor that is utterly useless. Mine fails constantly and I've deleted and reprogrammed my fingerprint about five times. With an official screen protector incidentally.
Raise to wake is buggy as hell. Face unlock is inconsistent. Just a dreadfully frustrating experience in my opinion. My old Xiaomi Mi 8 was a better phone than this. Can't recommend this handset whatsoever.

After seeing prices of new Samsung S20 series which very similar to Apple iPhone 11 series and Samsung is not the best when comes to updates I think I will go for P30 since it is in height 150mm and it has a great cameras. P30 Pro is to big for my taste. Would wait for P40 series but there is no Google Play so that is no go for me. I think Huawei P30 series could be a very good phone in the future due to reasonable price, Google Play services and amazing specs for the price range.
