I have this phone its my first huawei device and let me give you my honest experience with this device, first of all the camera is not so good which everyone talks about iphone 8 plus has a beast camera compared to this, the battery is good last about a day and a half with moderate to low usage, its fast and easy to use on the latest emui 10 so everything is good except the camera trust me buy it and you will see it on your own. I would give this phone a 3/5 stars its like a normal phone for day to day use nothing special.

In term of camera, huawei p30 ( not pro) and nova 5t which better? As I know p30 have 3 camera only but 5t have 4 camera....

I think this is a terrible phone. Overly aggressive power management which causes issues casting music and YouTube. Battery management warnings you can't turn off. I KNOW YouTube Music is running in the background Huawei. I don't need your notifications telling me so.
A fingerprint sensor that is utterly useless. Mine fails constantly and I've deleted and reprogrammed my fingerprint about five times. With an official screen protector incidentally.
Raise to wake is buggy as hell. Face unlock is inconsistent. Just a dreadfully frustrating experience in my opinion. My old Xiaomi Mi 8 was a better phone than this. Can't recommend this handset whatsoever.

After seeing prices of new Samsung S20 series which very similar to Apple iPhone 11 series and Samsung is not the best when comes to updates I think I will go for P30 since it is in height 150mm and it has a great cameras. P30 Pro is to big for my taste. Would wait for P40 series but there is no Google Play so that is no go for me. I think Huawei P30 series could be a very good phone in the future due to reasonable price, Google Play services and amazing specs for the price range.

Anonymous, 01 Feb 2020hi I need some advice, so in SA they discontinued the P30 Pro (I'm so upset!!!) that leaves me... moreHi. I've just got a P30 Pro. I heard the Mate P20 Pro is being discontinued and replaced by the MATE P30 Pro but because that was released with the Chinese operating system and not Google, SA are not getting them. But as far as I know the P30 Pro is still available here. As I said, I've just got one.
