I had mine for three years, was using it some few days and it just started rebooting on its on for and showed emergency backup. Tried to fix it but factory resetting after getting some files out. It still reboots and shows erecovery now. Any solution?

I'm on EMUI 12. Major problem - widgets are not updating... So four weather forecasts go out of date a few hours after restarting the phone. I've given permission for all options all the time. For example the BBC weather widget just shows "loading". Can anyone suggest a solution?

Replaced batteries twice. Never got 3650mAh. Only around 3000'ish. Other than that, this phone works well for me. On HarmonyOS 3.

I've been using this phone for over 3 years. Bought it last September 2019. still working fine. The only issue is no more OS update which forces me to get a new phone for my work. Will I sell this as soon as I get my new phone? Nope! this wil still be my main phone until it gives up on me. I really love this phone to bits...The camera and sound quality is way better than some of the latest phones released.

The only phone that I'll keep using till it no longer is functional!!! Superb specs that can still perform very good today with its well optimized/designed midrange Kirin 980 soc!!!
Have amazing DAC with 3.5mm jack & sdcard slot(NM).

The Second best phone I have ever use.
The best one was Mate 10.
I still use Mate 10 as a backup phone if they can get Android 13 it would be perfect.
