clear catch software update
remove simcard
change the region
change internet connection
every solution the huawei support tell me does not work !

Ive been using my p30 pro almost 3yrs now. My camera got blurry, but after changing my camera module, the camera works like day one of buying the phone. So clear, I never expected it'll be this good. Those complaining of battery, always turn your phone off b4 sleeping at night. Do that for few weeks, your battery might come to normal. My battery still take me a whole day after medium to heavy usage

What, 27 Jul 20223 years old and Moore huawei lol dude the smartphone lasted 3 years with u what do u want more... moreMy phone is now over 3years old and is starting to show its age now after returning home from a trip.. has been a great phone but I'm forced to do quick research now after return to work soon where phone is a must. We have the covid tracking apps required in public that eat battery and this phone is NOT enjoying it.

A new android version has to come, atleast to 11 or even 12/13, it would be completely wasteful to leave their best phone running EMUI 12 based off Android 10 with no chance to unlock the bootloader

I have p30 pro. Now almost 3 years old. The battery is almost dead, not even half day... And the biggest problem is the sound has been very low... I can't hear anything. I did everything but still the same... Don't know what to do? May be changing the company no more huawei.

Marketing strategy of all phone manufacturer. All of us had been misinformed that update will fixed the issues and bugs on our phone but the other hand it will degrade the phone performance.

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2022it was until the camera stopped working. Been over a year and Huawei don't have any answ... moreI believe the blurry camera issue is the same as the p20 pro. Because the main cameras on these devices have OIS and over time the sensor gets stuck in one position/direction. I believe that is why Huawei opted not to add OIS to main sensor of the mate 20 pro and relied on AIS instead. Any way the fix for p20/30 pro blurry camera is to smack it with your hand or drop it from a height of 10 cm. This will loosen the sensor amd allow it to return to the centre position.

mike, 01 Jun 2022best phone everit was until the camera stopped working. Been over a year and Huawei don't have any answers or care that the camera is blurry. It's a common problem.
