P30 Pro is one of the best camera phone right now, and definitely the best in terms of low lights and zooming. Use Pro mode for RAW function & edit manually later, turn off Master AI if u opt for more natural looking & edit manually later, turn it on if u want a finish looking, without the hassle of editing. The thing about AI function is, depends by the skills of the beholder, when the scene & the timing is right, u can get an excellent results. Have u seen an award winning photography naturally look & without editing? Nope. They all are heavily edited to make it looks dramatic & tells a story behind it. Thats the purpose of the Master AI, create things with an instance.
It got 3 choices. Pro, Auto & Master AI. Most of the people in the world agrees with it, therefore the very good sales of Huawei phones. And dont tell me its just about marketing, its more.

HUAWEI already try their best to make the P30 Pro to take the best photos by using a smartphone.

Everything I only watching from the WhatsApp. Seem my friend don't know turn off the AI function. Either Huawei has greater hardware or not, they don't know what is "true to real life" , they never add the "real" algorithm in AI function/camera, artificial is illogical.

He is same with many of the YouTube people, always said that the photos taken by HUAWEI P30 Pro are not good, but actually is they don't know how to use it wisely.

A smart Shooter, 11 May 2019Try to capture two people which doesn't stand close together let them stand a bit distance fro... moreIf some situation on the AI Portrait mode not looking good on the viewfinder, simply just cancel the AI before captured, using purely rely on camera sensor & its original aperture, a less than a second decision. It looks like u dont understand at all my statements i made earlier lol.
And i say it again, natural bokeh on P30 Pro without AI still a lot way better than any other phones currently as its got the bigger sensor & wider aperture to rely on, especially Sony with inferior camera hardware. I understand now why u keep defending Sony, seems to me u dont understand a lot what is going on.

Modern smartphone simulate ... moreTry to capture two people which doesn't stand close together let them stand a bit distance from the the shooting center. The Huawei capture bokeh with AI blur background looks unreality, two people sharp and background aggressive blurred. This is why actual aperture is better to show the real scene without dramatic blurred the background because actual aperture has a touch of slightly defocus effect to show the depth to the background,especially the hardware shutter button (Z2) help user to focus the object and pan for positioning the object for desire composition.

Listen up, those photos were taken with AI mode, which is like the autocorrect for photos and make your photos look nicer. If you turn off the AI mode in the camera, the photos will become more natural looking. So get some background before you speak Samsung/apple/LG fanboy.

unknown, 10 May 2019how about huawei p30 lite is it goodHuawei P30 lite is a midrange, that means it has a slow chipset, no amoled screen and lacks many of the features of P30 pro, but if you're not a heavy gamer, then you don't need a flagship phone. A midrange is enough.

For the Huawei Mate 20 AI camera, I say it has brown red, actually it is not all brown it cause by the night time around 8pm, the red color looks dull and shade.
For the Huawei Mate 20 AI camera, I say it has blueish green, please capture the vegetable dishes, don't share your bokeh results, bokeh is not a best way to show the dull and shade green.

This are taken by my Mate 20. Of course on P30 it will look superior. Do u see any bluish green? Red looks brown? As far as i concern, that red is exactly as Ducati original red.

Modern smartphone simulate portrait effects for objects/person that far away, which only can be achieve using DSLR full frame sensor or wider aperture. Theres no way u can do that on small sensor on a phone, therefore the 'fake' tricks been created. If u find the bokeh are too harsh, its always adjustable on Aperture Mode. And if u want natural bokeh using purely by the camera sensor without the AI tricks, of course it can always do that. And P30 Pro is the most closest natural bokeh effects to DSLR, as it has 1/1.7" camera sensor, with wide f1.6 aperture. Your beloved Z2 has 1/2.3" camera sensor with f2.0. Like it or not, P30 Pro takes better natural bokeh effects than any Sony phones to date, be it on photography or videography.
Contrast is nice on P30, looks dramatic & not too over as Pixel does (crushed shadows). Color style are by Leica, which identical with their street style camera photography. I've got no objection about Sony accurate colors, but Huawei got its own sentimental value.
