I bought mine 3 days ago and am super frustrated with it. It won't give me a code to register my Huawei ID, the youtube does not have a TV simulcast feature, everytime I try to connect to other apps it demands the ID that it is not allowing me to register. Super Super Frustrated!!

Can anyone help on what to use to connect my fossil smart watch as I've been using wear os on my previous phone but with P40 lite it says it needs google play service which is incompatible to P40. Please help...

Yes, i do like design of P40 Lite, maybe it will be even better in 20:9 screen format, not in 19:5:9 (but this is a 2020 phone, so it's ok). RealMe 8 is also good phone (for even cheaper price), with amoled screen, under display fingerprint scaner, and 64mp back camera, also it's thiner, lighter, with bigger battery (same as Note 10). All 3 phones are made of plastic, with Note 10, and RealMe 8, there is a TPU case in the box, not with P40 Lite.

Speed - it is one of the fastest phones I ever laid hands on, you won't be disappointed at all.
Battery life - depends on usage. My experience is two days per charging.
Screen - pretty decent, I have no complaints on that (having in mind the price range).
Camera - I am pretty satisfied with it. And I don't know if you will find a phone at this price range with such cameras. Photos in daylight are awesome. At night, use night mode.
Software - it's android 10 (EMUI 10.1.0) as you know. Don't know what specifically are you interested in.
I'm using it for 7 months now and not a single complain. Everything works as at the first day.

You can use google maps without ANY problem. (Download it from Aurora Store)

You won't be able to use Google apps just like YouTube Google maps etc. But Facebook insta WhatsApp no problem use petal search to get them from the official website. You can also install GMS on the phone using tutorials on YouTube you can use Youtube vanced instead of Youtube and know what its better it is like YouTube Premium but free and you can log into it using microg youtube music vanced included.

If this device can call and send text messages any argument about google services its invalid, you buy phone to call and text with your sim card. when did u all get spoiled this much i use phone and using apps its not big problem i have APK store and Huawei app store only thing i can't use its regular Youtube but i have vanced its even better and i use my account on browser its same shit like YouTube app anyway, i will always take this over bloated dual HMS and GMS system, and also i did notice on my sister phone that have bit slower Cpu Snapdragon 730G with android stock its much slower compared to this one so im for now happy with this phone charging its amazing also and battery for me can go 2 days with solid usage but im using it from 20-85%

Biggest mistake I’ve ever made bang the p40 lite..an can’t use anything google which is what I need for work. Can no longer get my bank apps.wasted £200 I’ve gone back using my Samsung
