It doesn't look like the ban will be lifted. Honestly it's the unsupported banking apps that are the main reason I returned.I wasn't about to change banks for a mobile device

Harmony OS when? .......... for international devices ........... faster Huawei :) ..... my only major problem right now is LINE, notifications not working, whatever i do ......

Confused to buy NOTE 20 ULTRA@INR-50000/-, S21 ULTRA@INR-50000, Note 10 Plus@INR-25000 or P40 pro@INR-35000???? The cheapest is Note 10 plus (telephoto lens just 2x), but I think P40 pro is most value for money!!!!!!!

image and video stabilization is amazing good looking phone but without playstore is a hassle to use country apps and payment apps or just to check your account its not possible.

If you want to install EMUI 12 and you haven't got it over OTA, this method worked flawlessly for me and I have the global version.
Update Huawei Phone:
1) While phone is switched off, keep power and volume + button pressed.
2) Once you see the Huawei logo, release the power button but keep the volume + button pressed
3) you will enter recovery mode and you can use volume up and down buttons to navigate
4) press e-recovery and then chose update and recover phone
5) log onto WiFi network and your phone will find latest update

I recently had this device in hand from ebay.I did not like the weight and feel of it, (slippery+heavy+fragile=high risk device).The screen has zero scratch resistance but cameras are it's selling point.Lack of google wasn't an issue for me until I realised that most banking apps require google services for security and notifications.There are hacks to get google partially working but for the price , it's not worth it.Needless to say, I returned the phone in under 30 minutes

At least, hasten the delivery of your Harmony OS on t his great phone. No one is gonna care about Google Play if your OS is on this phone. This is a great phone, and i am not letting it go, until i get H-OS

I can't believe this, the phone was sold for 299€ new when they were clearing final stock in a shop in my country. Now, can't find it almost anywhere used.
What I've seen it's better than P50 Pro but also could call better than P30 Pro, despite the Google problem.

One of the best phones which can last me for 2 days on a light to medium use. Unfortunately no google play and got this through my carrier. Everything is superb especially its optimal zoom and leica feature.
