There is only 1.23 GB available in the RAM , it was supposed to be 2 gb RAM.... is there anything I can do for that ?!

i had an issue with this phone since i bought it. i dont know if this is a defect or just part of the phone's performance. when i tried to type faster on the keyboard, the letters will sometimes be doubled even if you tapped the letter once. for example i type the letter "L" once,, the result will be "LL" or sometimes "LLL" considering that i only tapped it ONCE. how can i solve this issue?? pls i need ur help..
