Anonymous, 28 Nov 2016Is this phone comparable to the HTC ONE M7? Or is p8 lite better? Thanks...! Maybe you would have better advantage if you choose HTC One M7. The issue from is usually purple tint camera. It is better than Huawei P8lite if you face WiFi won't connect issue later.

The P8lite disappointed me. The problem of WiFi couldn't connect issue happened by itself when my phone hang, no dropping, no throw phone to the ground, no get water, just happened itself and this problem was judge as IC problem and should be replaced.
Say, if I make the phone repaired by Huawei Service Center, then next time the problem persist again, I should pay double, no way, better I choose Xiaomi.

Anonymous , its not right to just diss the entire brand for you having a bad experience , who knows maybe the phone could not pick up anonymous wifi LOL. anyhow the phone is now in my possesion for mor than a year and it is great , the display can be improved but further it is the best phone in that price class i have had so far

NOT RECOMMENDED.
One of the worst phone I ever had seriously, used it for half a year when suddenly WiFi is not working at all. Denied access to network (who's gonna use a phone that can't even connect on a WiFi seriously), not gonna buy Huawei smartphone anymore.
PS. Tried every possible solution but still fail.

I bought my P8 lite in May 2015 and is still running great. Apart of some occasional lag that might have to do with the usage of too many apps at the same time, the system works just perfect with EMUI 4.0 and Android 6.0. The only major problem is the battery capacity. It discharges very quickly. A 2200 mAh battery with an octa core and 2GB of RAM is just not enough. Apart of that, is a great smartphone and I haven't bought the P9 lite yet because I'm very satisfied
