Hello Em really exhausted,how can I solve this issue,I hav p8-lite abt 5months..it has a low storage,as I delt my cache or junk daily,but after this I hav same prob,whenever I update my dba,watsup or other app,it gives warning low storage,as I hve upto 5GB free ...plz help

I'd like to report an issue with my phone. I have a Huawei P8-Lite. Model Number: ALE-L21. The keyboard on the phone goes off if there is less 5% memory in the phone. Well this happens to me all the time, even though I don't have any apps opened. Or simply the keyboard goes off while I text without even showing on screen that I have less than 5% memory. I cleared the cache, but I still encounter this issue. The phone was bought 1 month ago as well. What happened?

I have a P8 lite, model ALE-L21, used for about 6 months. A few days ago, all of sudden the touch screen became not responding. Only the physical button on the side is working, which I can change the volume, or re-start the device. But no matter how, the touch screen is not responding. I still can see massages or calls coming in, but I just can not answer it. Did anybody has the same kind of issue? Even with any other phones or models?

Stay as far away from it as possible. Absolutely no backup service from the company most probably need to take it back to China personally to get any form of service. Stick to tried and trusted brands. Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia etc. Stay away from Chinese handsets.

just bought this phone and so far its worth of money for intermediate phone. slim and stylish design. the only bad thing about it the batery is just 2200mAh. not enough.
