Terrific! I originally owned by 2 mesetsa.Imam trouble hearing in speaker on some calls, he just snuffle / buzzing / in my ear that does not hear the opposite speech or heard many bad !!! Please help me!

AnonD-499624, 11 Feb 2016I have the phone for like a month now and since I`ve got it, I have some sound problems. Mostl... moreyour problem with the sound & unresponsive screen is from the sensor next to the LED notification it is very sensitive try to keep it clean and do not cover it with your hand or any object, when it is covered by anything and the pocket mode is activated it will increases the sound & the screen become unresponsive, now to turn off pocket mode not a good idea but in case you need it go to (Settings >> Apps >> More >> Call) there you will find pocket mode, unfortunately you cannot (increase/decrease) the notification sound & am not sure if there is an App that can do that, let's hope that it will be added in android version 6.x marshmallow update.

I have the phone for like a month now and since I`ve got it, I have some sound problems. Mostly application ones. First I don`t have the facebook sounds like the pop one. SOMETIMES the sounds when receiving a msg (happens with calls too) are louder when the phone is unlocked than when locked. And even louder when I`m using the application I`m getting a msg from. This happens with Messenger, Viber and Whatsapp. Where with Viber, when I`m chatting with someone and I get a text at the same time, there is sound notification, which I can`t turn off. Like the outgoing one, but from the other side. There are more similar problems I`m getting with the sound, but these are the most annoying ones.
H Another thing that happened once was when I was getting a call and the phone was in my pocket. When I got it out and tried to answer, it wouldn`t work. The display was responsive (unlike my S4, which wasn`t when I had this issue), but it just wouldn`t work.
Since I got it I was trying to figure out if these are common problems for the model or it`s just mine.
I`d appreciate your opinions!

Dixie, 10 Feb 2016Not an opinion, but a serious question...the sound on my phone is faulty. There's no sound for... morefor incoming calls/Messages check if the (Settings >> Do not disturb) is Activated, if it is deactivate it.
for radio open the app then go to settings check if the Scheduled off is Disabled if not disable it.
