This is the WORST phone I've ever had. The speaker volume is horrible every time I get on Facebook it shuts down within seconds of being on it. Its hard to make phone calls from and the key board disappears a lot while texting

AnonD-220650, 11 Aug 2017Bro just install firmware finder from play store and download 7.0 I tried using firmware finder but to no avail, I have the P9+ VIE-29 (dual sim) with firmware VIE-L29C185B181, i followed all instructions and the download starts but when it reaches 70% it will keep rolling back to around 66% and keeps looping like this forever
For starters, in firmware finder screen it says the update is 2.3gb VIE-L29C185B360 but on the updater it shows -10011440.00B but update description is corrrect,
what am i doing wrong

hi,
i bought huawei p9 plus vie l29 few days ago and this is my first huawei device
i thought this is a flagship device and it will be receive updates regularly but it still running Android 6 marshmallow very disappointed,
when will i receive OTA of Nougat update?
any suggestions please?

for example i have vodafone (romania) and i have 7.0
you need to ask your seller for update
