you just read the specifications for a device and comment that the kirin 710 is old (only 2 years old) and as it is not valid, it indicates that you do not have such a device that uses this chip kirin 710 which is proven to be good and fast enough without lag in processing,
I own an Honor 8x and I say a great phone without any flaws and they have the best huawei honor support of any other brand.
As I didn't contact you but a guy who wasn't clear about google services, and I have enough experience with huawei and honor devices so i don't need your guess and assumptions.

Kirin 710 in 2020 and micro USB its funny.
For 120 or 140 bucks good price at 200 a good joke especialy with android 9.

so its time to use 810 in low midranges even without google play ( but be sure there is always to find a way to install it )
not making phones with 710 + 3400mah + micro usb
for 200 euro
value of this device its 115$
