Huawei HarmonyOS

Huawei has begun its teaser campaign for the P70 series by confirming two key aspects – the triangular camera island seen in leaks over the past months and the new Pura naming.

Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO Richard Yu shared that the brand’s flagship P-series smartphone series will now be called Pura with a focus on style, high-end tech and fashion. The new naming stems from purity which will also be a key focus and we can see the key aspects in the accompanying teaser video.

The video highlights the five key pillars of the new Pura 70 series - passion, purity, style, creativity, and classic while also focusing on the triangular camera island. We don’t get any shots of the Pura 70 series phones just yet but we can expect more details in the follow-up teasers.
