The Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro is already official and we expect at least two more phones to join the line - Huawei Enjoy 20 and Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus. The latter was reported to have Kirin 820 chipset, among other specs, but a reliable leakster on Weibo says the company is going to switch its in-house platform for a 5G chipset by Mediatek.
There is no explanation why the switch might happen but given the recent troubles Huawei is having with its chipset arm, it is not surprising it wants to limit its in-house products for more valuable devices and not a China-only lineup - after all the Enjoy devices have been exclusive for the domestic market in the past few years.
The leakster also revealed some other specs that were already known - 6.63” screen, three cameras in a 48 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP combo (in a circular setup) and a 4,200 mAh battery with 40W ultra-fast charging.
The device should be just 8.95 mm thin and will weigh 197 grams while other features are likely to be an elevating selfie camera and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
