I wana Buy a U8500. i khow its upgradeable.if I upgrade 2.2 Froyo. there is any problem after 2.2 Froyo..??? plz tell me & 1 think whats the advantage of 2.2 Froyo???

somebody please provide me the link where I can update my android Grameenphone Crystal(huawei u8500)from 2.1 to 2.2(Froyo). I tried all the links but can't download the soft except http://www.huaweiu8500.tk/, but after download the soft I cannot install it to my device. while I try to install (press up volume key + end button + power off ) every time I saw the same notification(Firmware update_steps 1/2_update failed). if you have any solution please please send it...thanks in advance for you solution.

I updated GP Crystal to Gingerbread 2.3.2 beta version but it has numerous bugs! Unsorted screen resolution and one way voice call makes it impossible to continue in Gingerbread. If i can fix it i'll let u people know...but before that forget about the warranty (since u can restore the original Eclair anytime) and go for FrYo. It works perfectly and the CPU actually runs faster with greater efficiency. Process of getting FrYo is already posted so just follow it.

I have installed Froyo in my GP Crystal using clockworkmod. But in some menu, the language is russian. can you please give me some good ROM for clockworkmod? Anybody??
