Than after it's off hold power button, hang up button and volume up together and keep holding it for like 30 sec. Than selection screen should appear and select reset all data. You will lose all your phone memory and settings but will unlock it.

Help me . My friend gave me her phone and she don't remember the password to it . After many attempts to unlock it , it completely locked us out now we have to use a gmail account to unlock it . She don't remember hers and it won't accept mine . How do we get the phone unlocked ??
