It's junk I sold mine after I got it serves me right for going cheap and picking a budget handset I guess it would do for someone but not for me I found it to be very laggy and some calls would just reject on it's own other times I had unresponsive sceen.

So, tell me have you solved the problem and how?
if it rejects calls then check in calls- 3 dot up- blocked - call block rules- check if block all incoming calls or another option is enabled. unmark all and restart the phone.
