Really great phone with awesome camera for it's price range.

Most often, i dont get incoming calls. When somebody tries me, it immediately disconnects from callers end as if i have activated call bars or no network. I visited their dubai service centre and they updated software, etc. and informed me it is working fine. BUT AGAIN MOST of the time, calls are not connecting.... Even their customer care people from Egypt could not connect me... Worst model

My huawei y5 has internet problems it works and then lags for no reason there isn't any problem with the internet it doesn't lag on any other connected device just on this phone how can i fix it

Why must i go on hotspot to receive messages while the data is on, otherwise i cannot access messages.

If you ever try or use Y5 2018, then you may know how good is... moreY5 2019 is far better than y5 2018 because the SoC of y5 2018 is far to small to handle the processing demands of a Morden smart phone, making it to be very slow in everything. As for y5 2019 it's a bit improved making it a decent budget phone, but you have to know that its performance is equivalent to what you paid for it, don't expect it to be like its high end sisters the ps and the mates. As for me I'm not a fan of mediaek, i would rather go for the y7 which uses snapdragon or the y9 with the usual kirin.

I need help with the camera. It is 13 mp but makes photos like my Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) which is 8 mp. I mean the photos are 13 mp but the quality is not good. During the same shooting the camera seems blurry through lenses.
