i have problems with strava app. when i want to ride for 20 kilometre records my route its stop on 1 kilometre. its record only 1 kilometre. why?

Even a j1 did better. Y5 lite is trash. Cant even be fixed. Games crash. I use apps to work like uber and whatsapp. When I switch from uber to whatsapp I am notified that uber has closed. I miss orders cos of this phone closing apps automatically. U only allowed to use one app at a time and if u switch then it closes the previous open app. Huawei themselves dunno wtf u talking about when asking about this issue.everyone says choose battery optimization and choose do not optimize. Ive dont that a mill times and still it closes my apps. I even went to phone manager and turned off auto cleanup but still closes my apps. Tried resetting the phone to lose EVERYTHING and still closes my apps. A game I used to play business tycoon it crashes I I turn on mobile data then it crashes. Turn off data and it works then crashes. The major prob for me is the closing my apps. I cant surf the net cos will close my uber app. Such a waste of money. Took every cent I had to get this phone after my prev one got stolen and its a piece of rubbish. never buy this phone. Its trash
