I’ve had this phone for less than a year and it keeps closing the volume down so I miss calls.
It’s becoming a very serious problem,has anyone else had a similar problem?

Huawei y6 2019 keeps dropping the called parties and posting a notice "reconnecting." The entire time I can't hear the called party but they can hear me and are still connected.

Poor quality and excess features just like other cheap quality electronics products. Phone always hangs and touch screen issues. Although customer care response is very good but unable to solve any problem.

For the money its very good. Camera ok, screen good. Especially speaker and sound are superb. I use it to listen to podcasts and I never had a better one.

I dont understan people buying 200 dollara/euros phones saying cam is not good, its slow and all that. If you need a good camera and better phone in general make sure you are ready to spend a little more then just a 200 dollars/euros. I just bought this phone for business use and it seems ok. For private use and better camera, for better specs I know I will go for P 40

Huawei Y6 2019 is having lot of features like other phones but having lot of technical isues.
Screen and apps hangs. Toucscreen issues. every time Customer care asks to visit Service center but issues not solved.
