Do not buy this phone or any Huawei device. After support service sucks. They already know that this phone has defective touchscreen but they do not address the problem. NEVER AGAIN HUAWEI.

This is the worst phone in the world. Fone with keypad is better than this one. From now on i am never buying Huawei Mobile Phone ever. And suggest all of you to do so.

I have y6-pro from 2 months ago.
1- It halted only 1 times.
2- It's touch screen may have problem.because sometime I must press a key twise or three wise for action.
3-It's camera rounds the picture vertically. battery consumption is good.
4-when i share internet for my laptop its internet(data) sending stops after about 10 minute. so i must unlock the phone for re-acting internet sharing.
5- I want to replace it with another phone.

I have this phone , it's so good , but heats a lot while using , out of battery so fast and begun to make a random touches on screen by itself ; so i must lock the screen .

I regret buying this phone. Cant turn off the camera sound and typing is slow..this is so annoying..If you looking into buying this phone don't bother. My first Huawei phone and i feel like throwing it in pit-latrine...annoyed
