My problem is that I do not understand this process that shows a message saying "Android is starting: optimizing app. This process takes annoyingly long and during such an update one can not be able to dial out or receive a call.
What is the meaning of this message and what is the solution?

It's a very good phone. Other than the fact that it overheats a lot and that the shutter sound can't be removed, the overall performance is good.

I have been using this phone for 2yrs and the battery still last more that a day. Its a good phone but my only problem is the camera sound which cannot be taken of. It sound cheeeeooo even if the phone is on silent. Overall. Its a great phone.

The Huawei Y6 pro is the worst phone I have ever used. It is very slow. Has such limited settings. Touch sensitivity awful. And always overheating. At the price I bought it for I could have saved another R2000 and bought a Samsung Galaxy S8. Terrible purchase. Stay away from Huawei! Have to continuously restart the phone. Then it sais no memory card inserted. And now I have tried to sell this piece of junk no one even wants to pay half what I paid for it 4 months ago

Have just bought Huawei Y6 Pro (made prior to 2017) model. I cannot get the sim card(s) to go fully into slots provided - Nano cards I think. Any helpf I goes 3/4 of way in then stops.ul suggestions from someone who knows please?

In my phone have more problems .
First problem not charging battery .when charge connecting to phone it shows to charging but bettery is not charging .
Second problem i have not install app. female for english (india) this app automatic installing but can't completing installation,shows icon in notic bar it can't stopped.
Plz any one have suggestions send me,

I bought this phone out love only to get disappointed 2 months down the line.i believe this phone has a problem with its system coz its running so slow,its heating up always,some apps are not responding...and this one really pained me a lot.i took the phone back to the retailer and they booked it to 3G services and what they did there was to remove the IMEI number for a new one,and then after they claimed that they exchanged the phone for a new one..this really pained me as it made me realise that Huawei doesn't care about customer satisfaction,they only care about money and pushing their business forward.so disappointed in this Huawei product...(Polokwane)
