It happens when the storage is almost full,
I solved it by downloading apptoide app,
Then downloaded Google play store again.
And sure I tried to free up some space, and now I bought an external memory of 32 g but didn't try it yet.

This is the best phone I have ever had. I've been using this phone since 2017 I am still using it however, I have a problem with my google play store. It disappeared now I can't access my gmail account and my capitec app. Can you please do something about it.

I can make it fast by scanning it when it is slow and also I get notifications of my blocked numbers.

I've had this phone for 3 years now and had used it for calls and surfing mostly. Bad sides i noticed during this period were: sometimes my internet connection would get suddenly lost even though i was in close range to router and i just had to reconnect to wifi for it to work again. Second, writing in notepad was sometimes a pain because if i wanted to return let's say back in the middle of text to write, sometimes screen would just ignore my touches like i didn't mean to press that. Third, now in 3rd year one part of my screen isn't working at all which is a huge pain since i always have to turn rotate screen option to press something in that area which can't be pressed since screen is dead there. Fourth, front camera is a bit wack, makes my head look way too long in certain angles, which is terrible. That's all of bad sides i noticed. Baterry is still working well, and it works pretty much smoothly except those things i counted. Once again, i used it only for few things such as surfing and calls.
