I have a problem with my Huawei y7 2019, the screen use to just go off black and for me switch it on I have to long press the power button for about 45 seconds. But it will only switch on and after I put in all passwords and unlock code it goes off again. And once it goes off like that will not even charge. What might be the problem. Please help to get the solution.

It was smooth before but now it is being worse .It is typing @ when ever I try to type something . And sometimes it gets freezed . I tried to switch off and restart but no nothing working .

Worst phone ever had, I dropped my Apple 8 phone my colleague, lent me her Y7, only to find out the applications takes 7 seconds average between opening and closing, the phone is completely useless to have multiple apps open you have to restart every minute by the minute. I not sure how you can be proud of a phone that gets you knowhere in life, very disappointing, You processor speed is a mess

Anonymous, 27 Dec 2021Between Huawei y7 prime (2018) and Samsung S7 which one should I chooseI wouldn't buy Samsung, full of features but... I've had two, S3 and S5 years ago, always problems with them. I'm totally happy with Huawei Y7 2019, more than 2 years in use 24/7 no problems at all.

So far, it will turned a year next month since my sister gave it to me as a surprise gift, i do believe that whatever phone or devices you have, it depends on the handler, this device i've been using is starting to have some issues, but i do explore to know the problem inside the system,to fix the bug for a better use..since i cannot afford to buy a new one, I'm trying to handle it with care..but hoping to have a new one 😌

Not recommended the screen is sometimes not responsive, its easily get heated, not recommended really for its price.. And the gaming capability of this phone sucks. U should buy realme 6i than this.. Phone here in the Philippines Huawei y7 and realme 6i are the same price but the performance of realme 6i is better than Huawei y7 2019..u should avoid buying Huawei phones because of bad screen, even low end oppo phones have better gaming experience than this phone.. I used this phone in 3 months i destroyed it.. Because how laggy this is.. And im using realme 6i now.. Dont buy this phone
