I'm yet to receive the phone though to check if this memory description is legit

I purchased last September 2019, until now still in good condition. I liked the picture and video thru social media like youtube and facebook. If you are browsing and watching video the battery it will last more than 12 hours.

Mine is still working perfectly till date after 4year of purchase although I gave to my wife after when I got a new phone in 2021 but last year the umidigi bison I got had booting issues so my wife returned it back. I changed the screen but its still serving it purpose.. Very good phone with good internet connection but low memory.

It was a good phone for the side of battery, the performance was good but lately, it was lagging,but I regret unlocking its bootloader, because after some tweaks,I had memory issues, I had changed my lcd just once, I changed it after 5 years with samsung galaxy m34

it is very good phone, Battery and camera abd Operating system still Serve me till now, it is more than 4 years and Still very Good for normal gaming and Social media and Contact with people

Does storing my information in Huawei cloud automatically create space and is Huawei cloud the same as Huawei Drive? Also, how can I move my contacts to my email address and how do I verify the exact storage location of my contacts?
Finally, of late my phone ghost touches of late, it is 4yrs old. Might it be time to upgrade? Could it be a hardware issue?
In all Huawei y7 Prime 2019 has served me extremely well, aside from the memory space challenges.

So the solution to that is to store all your important info in your Huawei cloud, pictures and docs on your Google drive and ensure that all your contacts are stored in your email address (not micro Sim or phone).
Then after, factory reset your phone and re-install your important apps.

mine got it 2019 until now im using it has already fix the charging port via costumer service but its all good just wondering i delete all the videos and photos to avoid hang and log but it always appear full storage? anyone know how to fix it??
