if you don't like it, just don't buy.
this is for average use, not for heavy use such as for gaming or whatever weird u wanna do with a mobile phone.
what do u expect with the cheap price?
I bought 2 Y9 prime btw (1 for my wife) and I'm happy to have it.

I received my Huawei y9 Prime 2 days ago and i have to say it works super well. the screen size is awesome. The phone works well. i have the Sapphire Blue and it suites the unit well.
plenty of onboard storage and the 4GB Ram works for me.
i would strongly recommend the unit.
very happy customer.
