Anonymous, 09 Jan 2020where is 2nd sim slotsim slot two is where uoi put SD card. so it mean if you have a memory card in it u can only use sim one if no memory card u put the 2nd sim on the slot mint for memeory card. in short sim slot two and sd slot is the same

The Bluetooth pairing is terrible. It took half an hour to find my car, whilst sitting in it. It can't find my Fitbit at all.

Stable version EMUI 10 based on Android 10 available through hicare. After update phone has become snappier. Dark mode is really saving some battery juice. Thank you Huawei for this great phone, good value for money.

I have been using Huawei Y9 Prime, since November 2019 upto now, but I have the following problems
1-I cannot send SMS
2-always problems with my mobile data,connections
3- problems of System Message, that pops on my screen everytime I received calls, am tired of this notification of system message, how can i remove it.
is there any users, facing the same problems as mine.
Please I need solutions to these problems

Another downside I've noted is the volume levels. The difference between them is strange and not level, especially the difference between max volume and the one just below it.
You flick up to max volume from the one just under it and it's SO much louder, it's a bit cruddy. I want my volume increased a Bit not a lot.

Just got the Y9 Prime(2019), and wen't to a Verizon Wireless store, in the Lexington/Columbia, SC, USA area to switch phone over and it isn't recognized by their network. Look's like I'll be returning the phone :/ aside from not working with Verizon network no major gripes on the phone's capabilities.
