Been using this for about 2 years of more. Best phone i've ever owned. Unfortunately it got dropped the other day and the screen is all broken in many places. So time for a new Huawei. Which one to buy?

This phone will receive EMUI 12 which is great but I don't understand why the Huawei P Smart Z is not getting EMUI 12 although both devices are very similar.

I had been using mine since 2019, got no issue with, i love it till today.

The phone served me well for over one and ahalf years with decent performance. The only issue was with cameras, picture quality was meh, it realy struggled to balance out bright and dark areas, colors are not natural but exaggerated. Then suddenly, on 7-Feb-2022 I was holding it in my hand viewing something and the screen started cracking on its own as we watched in shock. It continued cracking slowly on its own for the next few hours until the whole screen was covered in cracks by the end of the day. The reason why this happened still remains a mystery to me and to the people who witnessed it, I don't think it was heat related because it was a chilly cloudy morning.
However, until the time of the incident, it was a decent beautiful smartphone and I really loved it.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY... the phone proximity sensor sucks..... more than half of the calls you answer the screen will stay on and you select random menu stuff with your cheek.... then you have the weird feeling while trying to type fast.. you need to be really really accurate to avoid 100s of mistakes.. it just feels wrong while tiping.... the worst phone I ever had

Been using it since it came out. Overall its a good phone. But lately the camera quality has been decreasing, which is most likely normal.

I've had mine for a few months now and I really loved it from the start. I had no issues with the cameras etc as I see, in the comments, many others have unfortunately. However, a few days ago it froze when I started it. (HUAWEI powered by Android) The phone doesn't go further than that. I can't shut it off either, just restart. I have no clue why or how this happened since I haven't dropped it even ones, nothing has happened to it so I assume it's something wrong when I got it. Like some manufactural issue or something, idk really. I'm glad I still have my P Smart 2019 until I can gety *new"one fixed. Does anyone else have had or seen something like this before? Any idea what might be wrong? I really need help because I'm very bad at technical stuff in general so if anyone have suggestions, even the answer! on what to do, please tell me, I can pay 300 to anybody who can give me an answer that solves the problem, anyone who provides useful information/ tips and tricks about both of my phones (P smart 2019 & P Smart Y9 prime) I can pay for that too. all advices are deeply appreciated and welcomed and I'll try to figure out to fix it with your help and on my own too of course 😊 Does anyone know the code you can use on most phones to enter system while it's frozen? pressing the volume buttons in a certain way etc? I've had mine for a couple of months now and I really loved it but a few days ago it just froze when I started it!?!? Have no idea why since I haven't dropped it even ones or anything, it won't start the system for whatever reason(s)?! Luckily I still have my Huawei P Smart 2019 so I still have a phone until I fix my new one. Have Huawei center close by so I'll leave it there and hopefully he can find out what the issue is. Did anyone else had an experience like this with your Y9 prime? Or do you have an idea of what's wrong and maybe suggestions about what I can try to fix it myself? Any help is appreciated, I can pay 200 Swedish cronies to anyone who can solve it for me, I promise that although I doubt

Been using this phone for 2 years now. I'm very careless sometimes and so far I've had to replace the screen twice. Everything else is working just fine. My phone been through it all and it just keeps taking it like a boss. Camera quality kinda seems like a scam tho, the photos just don't appear like the previews displayed before you take em..
