This phone is great.... I do have 1 question though, Does anyone know what type of memory if compatible? I'm trying to get a gig or 2,but not sure if the phone will allow it

Hi, I have I-Mate JAM. I want to factory reset. What am i suppose to do? orelse can any one tell me that how to set the setting to switch off screen (even call to be receive after screen is off).
