looks like an awsome phone, just seems to take forever to get to the dealers. when can is it going to be available?!
i want to buy jas jam pls tell me weather this model has fm radio if it has than i will buy now
i like it i had a JasJar and it broke i wanted to get another one then i saw this one the JasJam same features of the jasjar and smaller which makes it better i'm gona buy one
i-mate jasjam is really a good product look at the camera is better compare to other i-mate models.
finaly on gsmarena the JASJAM is Available , but i have a question , how come I-mate Club website never said a single word about the JasJam ??
This is indeed a well planned and designed unit when compared to the similar ones eg.K-JAM,JAMin etc since they do not support 3G. Imate JASJAM is also better than JASJAR in one way since it also supports EDGE(JASJAR doesnt feature EDGE).
can any of the people that own this phone tell me whether or not the video quality is good? im hoping its much better than the older xda/qtek/htc/spv models..i hate replaying a captured video only to notice that the sound is much slower than the video feed..thanks..yes its the same as the dopod cht..xda trion, htc hermes, spv m3100,qtek 9600..
When i first heared about a new model coming soon i expected more enhacments.
I have a K-jam which is more than enough to me.
The first difference that u notice is that this new JASJAM has a 2mega p camera instead of the 1.3 that the k-jam has.
then what makes this mobile unique in the i-mate family is that it's the first device that has a second camera for viedo conferance that work on the 3g new network.
this new JASJAM sounds a nice option if u want to move from a regular phone to a PDA but for me i dont think i will replace my dear k-jam.
it looks cool the company havent launched it yet but it is available on beliscity.com i am gonna buy it i got cool features plus the design and the battery timing and processocer more then jamin
I am waiting impatiently for the jasjam. I hope the performance comes up to be better than the kjam which I had to give swap for a smartflip till some better pda (that doesn't have a weak processor) comes to surface.
In the meantime, I have a question: How on earth do people post a vote about performance when the mobile is still coming soon? the site managers shd look in that for all "coming soon" mobiles, and remove that option from the default choices.
We are looking at upgrading our phones to the
Jasjar, but, we were wondering if anyone has had the chance to experiece the phone first hand yet. Knowing how most PDA Phones work these days sometime the phone quality of your voice is not clear. We have had past experiences with I-mates and you can sometimes not hear to other person on the phone and they say they clarity is not great.
So we just wanted to know is anyone who has this phone yet is experiencing the above.
Stop wondering where to buy this phone. It is lready for more than 2 weeks available from the REAL MANUFACTURER HTC and it is the TyTN. Check it out on the website http://www.soundtech.com.cy and you will see price as well with FULL spec. It is the perfect size and instead of buying the P990 you can buy this instead as it is a Window based mobile as well.
By the way, the REAL manufacturer is HTC so why bother to buy it as an I-Mate. HTC is the main player from now on and who knows....may be they will stop producing it for I-mate!!
Who said it's ignored??
The specifications clearly indicate it has a 400MHZ Samsung Processor..
Why is it that the processor info is compleetly ignored...????!!!!
Bet it's slow, or is it..???
