contacted imate australia and they said it would be released in February 2008 ... remains to be seen though and no idea on pricing
this is rock solied phone i want to buy this phone but price is to high but this is so nice phone
With Windows Mobile 6 built in, it does offer micro sdhc capability.
To tawd and Andrew
Reading microSDHC is an important point. And I haven't seen I-Mate claim that it does. The only thing that makes me think it might is that it seems to use the same chipset as the Kaiser/AT&T Tilt. A lot of a device's functionality/capability derives from its chipset. It may be that the hardware for the memory card reader is driven from that chipset, so you might expect it to be the same as the Kaiser in this regard.
But I'm not sure.
If it turned out it couldn't read microSDHC, it would be a big let down.
ive been doin some looking around. i dont think it reads microSDHC, if it does i hope you're right. but the more i look the more i see it doesn't support HC. it would make more sense if it said it did. i hope im wrong, cuz if i am i would definetly get this phone instead of he nokia e90
To the guy who said that the 9502 does use microSDHC...How do you know? There are some sites that say so eg pdadb.net, but I think this mainly assumption.
The imate site says only microSD. If it was HC wouldn't they say so? It would sound better and maybe get even more interest.
This is one of the hottest phones I've seen on this website... I think I wanna but this it but I am really afraid that I wont get it activated in Trinidad and Tobago. But I really want thisw phone also I am also afraid that I dont recive it when I order it.Please let me know if it a quad band or Triband and if it works on a 1800-1900 or 850-900 band.
i checked on the price its gonna be around 3400 to 3500 AED from a source in axiom but no update on release date.
please please please..... imate release it already !!! grrrr! :(
I'ts relly perfect, does anybody know when it will be released? I'm really getting tired of waiting for this baby !!! I'm gonna buy an htc pocket pc, maybe Advantage X7500!!! that's so perfect and professional...
the only thing i see wrong with this perfect phone is that it doesnt read microSDHC. it would be perfect if it did. that way it would hold more memory for multimedia things.
