Got one of these today for THB 9,900 ($310), MBK bangkok.
Pre-installed apps: Android market, Youtube, estrong task manager, superuser permissions, aTV (analog TV!), FM radio, SIPdroid, GPS Status, Facebook, twigee, Hi MSN.
Only has 1 SIM slot.
2.9 MFLOPS on Linpack.
3D games e.g. Winds of Steel Demo, not working.
Includes 2GB SD card, screen protector, silicone case, headphones, charger, stand, pouch case.

I saw and played with this phone today in the i-mobile shop, MBK center, Bangkok.
Price 11,000 Baht (~$350), running Android 1.6
Menus, home screen and app screen scrolling all quick and smooth. Better than my HTC Hero. 4.3" screen looks great, capacative touch very responsive.
Build quality and general 'feel' in the hand is not so good. The phone doees feel 'cheap' the plastic is quite flexible.
Superuser app for root access is installed out of the box!
At $350 it is still the cheapest 800x480 android device out there. I will probably but one in the next few days.

$400 is relatively cheap in jakarta
se x10 over here is around $600
its screen is even smaller than imobile
im longing to own a phone as cool as this
there s no need for a second camera
the price is very reasonable
i cant wait for this phone

if manufacturer release upgrade to Android 2.2 Froyo, there can use flash. google for more
