Anonymous, 28 Jun 2010is android OS, v2 (Donut)upgradeable to v2.1 or v2.2?yes, sure
I saw and played with this phone today in the i-mobile shop, MBK center, Bangkok.
Price 11,000 Baht (~$350), running Android 1.6
Menus, home screen and app screen scrolling all quick and smooth. Better than my HTC Hero. 4.3" screen looks great, capacative touch very responsive.
Build quality and general 'feel' in the hand is not so good. The phone doees feel 'cheap' the plastic is quite flexible.
Superuser app for root access is installed out of the box!
At $350 it is still the cheapest 800x480 android device out there. I will probably but one in the next few days.

The price has just been released, it's about 12,900 baht which is somewhere around $400US. It's gonna be available in Thailand in early June. For other countries i guess you'll have to wait a few months and YES, the screen is as huge as HTC HD2 at 4.3 inches while the dimensions of the phone is about the size of a Nexus One.
