does anyone know how to get out of the black screen? i was on the internet and then there was an internal error, i then searched it up again and everything froze and the screen went black. please help me.

I found dificult to use the web as lacks of Java Script design and found no response on web contact with the developer. Otherwise fine... Better? Another phone. 0;)
