please i need help i bought my hot 8 last year and this December is making it one year. am having some manor issues my keyboard is taking so long to pop up whenever i want to text someone or send an instant message is always slow and is two gig ram whats really the problem is so annoying. i need urgent reply thanks.

I've got a problem in my infinix hot 8 ...that whenever I play a video in my gallery it starts with fast motion and and come back to normal . I don't know what to do.I have tried to install many apps but all the of them are disgusting ....full of ads.... Hanging problem .....display problem and more. So what should I do.
