X650 refer to Hot 8 lite (doesn't support 4gLTE)
X650B comes with 2GB Ram and 32GB ROM
X650D comes with 3GB Ram and 32GB ROM
X650C the most equipped one with 4GB RAM and 64 GB ROM (best choice)
