Coz I don't understand? In kenya infinix hot 9 has 8mp front camera and 16 no for main camera, with 4gb ram and 64 gb storage, and chipset Helio p22 and 6.6" screen

I am using hot 9 play and the last time I updated the phone over the air, the phones FM radio reception has gone as untill now, is there any thing I can do to reverse the problem

Pls am hot 9 , the camera is so bad. Like it is a 16 megapixel for the rear camera and 8 for front. Oh my God is not good. Pls help me, have I purchased a fake phone? I want to return it to the seller.
