the Phone slow to charge . I charged it for 4-6 hours , it differ in every charge. I use 2 different charger and still the same and until today it charge but no progress !! I charge it for 1 and half day and i only just got: from 12% to 41%. I only have it for 4 months ! I contact carlcare through Messenger, their website & What's App they replied after almost an hour in whats app which they advice to bring it to service center and the worst part they provide a closed service center !! I manage to look for another available service center and they have the phone now. will see it again in a month!
