It's such a bad mid range phone, sound is too low unless one uses an earphine, when incoming calls come you can't even hear it, the baddest phone I have ever heard of

Infinix HOT9 Play is the most useless and miserable phone i have ever used, it came with factory problem , I can't connect to a WiFi network, and I can't login to a site..
You guys should do something about it

for OTG.. press settings--my phone--- tap multiple times the build number until "you are now a developer" shows
search "developer options
select----USB DEBUGGING click okay
under developer options find
default USB CONFIGURATION
you can choose --file transfer etc.(more options)

Disappointed after i know USB cannot be connected to infinix hot 9 play. loud speaker is also not available. Ear piece only. Have no loud sound even i cant listen incoming calls on road.

The 6000mah battery disappoints me when I'm accessing Facebook only using mobile data because it drains faster than my old Motorola smartphone that has 4000mah battery.

At first when I bought infinix hot9 the fm radio ware clear and playing but after two weeks it's only noise the fm is not strong to play radio stations, Could you have any answers to these
